Drive success in a high-growth AI startup as their Head of Operations in Canada. You'll streamline operations and shape the future of this innovative company, reporting directly to the CEO. As the Head of Operations, you will unify various teams and processes, ensuring that the company runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll design operational infrastructures, manage cross-functional activities, and oversee hiring to support scaling efforts. Your role also requires identifying friction within operations and proactively constructing solutions to streamline productivity. Key Responsibilities:
• Design operational infrastructure for multi-product business
• Build cross-functional processes covering engineering and product
• Own hiring operations to effectively scale headcount
• Eliminate organizational friction and build preemptive systems
• Manage vendor relations and operational spending Requirements:
• Proven experience scaling operations in high-growth startups
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure
• Strong product and finance operational skills
• Execution-focused with a proactive mindset Shape the future of operations in a fast-paced AI environment with direct influence alongside the CEO.
