Site Leader in Senior Care Nursing

Join Spring Valley Seniors Community as a Site Leader and elevate care standards as a Nurse. This role emphasizes a commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration. In this essential position, you will drive the delivery of high-quality care and foster an innovative environment. Your leadership skills will guide interdisciplinary teams towards achieving operational goals while maintaining community partnerships. Ensure compliance with regulations, while promoting trust and diversity within the Care Home setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead safe, quality care and service initiatives
- Monitor quality and risk management practices
- Develop relationships with community health service providers
- Manage budgets and financial strategy effectively
- Implement innovative programs for continuous improvement
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or similar field
- At least five years’ experience in seniors care settings
- Three years in administrative roles required
- Management experience ideally in unionized environments
- Competence in key computer skills necessary
