The Project Management Office is looking for you!Your role: As a Senior Transformation Management Advisor, you will be responsible for: - Establishing and communicating project objectives, expected outcomes, and success factors while monitoring alignment throughout project lifecycle.
- Working with diverse interest holders to provide project management and change management services across a broad range of horizontal projects.
- Performing regular project health checks by proactively monitoring work against plan to identify and address project blockers and risks.
- Applying change management competencies and practices to support the delivery and adoption of the Project Management Office's portfolio.
- Developing, supporting and tracking project benefits realization.

Experience: - Leading or supporting complex organization-wide projects. This must include:
o Managing scope, resources, schedules, finances, and adhering to stage gate quality control throughout the project life cycle.
o Managing risks, issues, and project changes to ensure successful project delivery, meeting expected outcomes.
o Proactively communicating with all levels of interest holders including the project team, business lines and senior management.
o Creating or applying portfolio management frameworks to support portfolio analysis and project prioritization techniques.
- Creating and executing organizational change management strategies and plans and delivering various products with a focus on change readiness, business adoption, benefits articulation, and the achievement of results and business outcomes.
- Preparing and delivering various material, products and outputs for senior management and governance committees.
- Significant* experience using MS 365 tools and apps at an advanced level. *Significant: +2 years experience
Education: University degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and relevant job knowledge will also be considered.
Essential Skills: Knowledge of:
- Advanced knowledge of MS 365 tools and apps, including but not limited to, PowerBI.
- Organizational Change Management discipline and practices.
- Business Relationship Management.
- Project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Portfolio management techniques. Ability to:
- Drive and deliver multiple assignments in parallel with limited supervision.
- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Practice active listening skills, ask open ended questions to proactively uncover risks and challenges.
- Manage diverse interest holder relationships, including facilitating and negotiating solutions, navigating differences of opinion, holding interset holders accountable while preserving the interpersonal relationships.
- Develop complex, structured, and high-quality content that is presentable to senior management with limited supervision. Key Competencies:
