Warehouse Office Administration

Job Responsibility:
Heritage Warehouse & Distribution Inc is currently looking for a Warehouse Office Clerk to work full time Monday to Friday in the Kitchener Warehouse. Heritage is looking for a candidate who is energetic, motivated and reliable to join the Heritage team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Day-to-day appointment planning for multiple warehouse locations
-Confirmation of appointment times with customers, shippers and receivers via phone and email
-Order entry in warehousing software
-Next day schedule communication with warehouse locations
-Scanner receiving, verification and confirmation
-Forwarding paperwork to customers, Customer Service and Accounting

Must Have:
- Must have own transportation and able to commute to Kitchener, ON
