Join our team! AGF is seeking a Production Coordinator (Release Administrator) to join our dynamic team based in Kitchener. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the production release process, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring that all production schedules and timelines are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fabrication workflows, process management, and effective communication to support the production team.

Responsibilities:
As a Production Coordinator (Release Administrator) in Kitchener, you will:
- Complete releases on a daily basis
- Develop control codes for each fabrication to streamline the release process
- Maintain up-to-date drawings by incorporating each control code as required
- Populate all necessary data on the Release sheet and promptly notify the scheduler of updates
- Document and add release information for each release in the Job Log to maintain accurate records
- Edit and correct any revisions to ensure documentation reflects the most current information
- Complete all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data for various reports, contributing to performance assessments and operational improvements
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required
We require the following qualifications for this Release Administrator position in Kitchener :
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient data entry and management skills
- Familiarity with production processes and documentation is an asset
