Duration: 12 months (No extension, No conversion)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Core business hours (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite: Tuesday & Thursday, Toronto, ON)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Technology Controls / Access Management Analyst to support the client’s access management team. The role focuses on reviewing and governing access requests, ensuring compliance with security policies, and supporting technology risk and control processes in a large enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
• Review, validate, and process access requests via ServiceNow
• Analyze applications for access breaches, toxic combinations, and documentation gaps
• Support development and implementation of security management frameworks and governance practices
• Monitor, detect, and respond to emerging security threats and risks
• Maintain dashboards, follow up on pending approvals, and ensure SLA adherence
• Communicate with business/technology teams to clarify and resolve requests
• Support regulatory compliance, audit responses, and reporting requirements
• Participate in incident response and represent functional requirements
• Contribute to risk reporting, metrics tracking, and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams
Experience:
• 6+ years of relevant experience in access management, technology controls, or security governance
• Experience working within large enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of segregation of duties and access control principles
• Proven experience in data analysis and governance roles
Skillsets:
• ServiceNow (mandatory)
• Jira (mandatory)
• MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills required)
• Access Management & Identity Governance
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Knowledge of technology risk and security frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Attention to detail with strong prioritization and time management skills
Additional Qualifications:
• Experience working in financial services or regulated environments is a plus
