Arbequina is a Michelin Guide-recognized restaurant led by Chef Moeen Abuzaid . We are seeking a strong Line Cook / Chef de Partie who hustles, works clean, and takes pride in their craft. This is a focused, professional kitchen built on discipline, respect, and execution.
We are a small, tightly run team. No ego. No coasting. Just serious cooking.
What You Bring
Strong experience on grill and hot line
Confident breaking down proteins: whole fish, chicken, steaks (bone-in and boneless)
Ability to execute sauces, reductions, and precise finishing
Speed, efficiency, and strong station organization
Calm under pressure and reliable every day
Strong work ethic and team mindset
You work clean. You move with urgency. You care about the details.
What You’ll Do
Execute service with precision, speed, and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked station
Complete prep: cutting, portioning, labeling, and organizing ingredients
Support plating and service flow alongside the chef team
Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and proper food handling
Restock and maintain mise en place and kitchen readiness
Communicate clearly and work as part of a disciplined team
Support Arbequina’s sustainability and ingredient stewardship
