Night Cook

Responsibilities - Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes- Cook and plate dishes as per restaurant standards- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations- Follow proper food handling procedures- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels

Requirements - Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role- Knowledge of food industry best practices- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils- Understanding of food safety principles- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment- Strong communication skills- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced setting
