Human Resources Coordinator

About the role-
This is a 12-month onsite contract supporting a busy Talent Acquisition team, with a strong focus on sourcing, headhunting, and candidate screening for mid to senior-level roles across technology, supply chain, finance, and business functions. The recruiter will manage active requisitions, build candidate pipelines, conduct initial screens, and create shortlists using Workday and other ATS tools. The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably from an agency environment, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Strong recruitment judgment, communication skills, organization, and the ability to learn quickly are essential for success in this role.

- Familiarity with AI tools/Copilot for recruiting workflows
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support recruiters on active requisitions (3-4 to start)
- Heavy sourcing and headhunting
- Conduct candidate screenings (target 5-6 screens/day)
- ATS management and resume review
- Shortlisting qualified candidates
- Stakeholder and candidate communication
