Malone’s Taphouse is looking for a Manager On Duty to help elevate our already fantastic experience. We’re known for our local craft beers, elevated pub fare, and a vibe that’s second to none – and we’re looking for someone who’s just as passionate about delivering unforgettable service! As a Manager On Duty, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the floor runs smoothly, assisting servers, and handling any situations that arise. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping others, and brings leadership skills to the table. If you have a background in managing a team and love working in a vibrant setting like ours, we want to meet you! What We're Looking For: Availability: 3-4 shifts per week, Sundays is a MUST Experience: 3+ years of experience as a shift leader/manager is a must Service Background: 2+ years of service experience Pub/Sports Bar/Taphouse Experience: Highly preferred Skills: Exceptional multitasking, communication, and leadership abilities Mindset: Ability to stay cool under pressure and think on your feet Responsibilities: Engage with Guests: Provide a welcoming, professional, and fun atmosphere Manage the Team: Supervise daily operations, from employee performance to sales and cost control Ensure Excellence: Maintain top-tier cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and staff morale Maximize Profitability: Oversee service to ensure efficiency and drive revenue Staffing: Ensure the floor is always adequately staffed to meet guest needs Why Join Us?
