As Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will lead enterprise observability, AIOps automation, and SRE governance across a global footprint. You will partner with Platform Engineering, operationalize AI tools, and guide MSP vendors to eradicate manual work and modernize employee support

Qualifications
• 10+ years in complex IT infrastructure and operational leadership or SRE architecture.

• Practical expertise configuring enterprise observability stacks (Grafana, ServiceNow ITOM).
• Proven experience with AI incident remediation, automated routing, and SLO/SLI models.
