Global Transaction Tax Manager at A&M
Alvarez & Marsal
Excel in your tax career with Alvarez & Marsal as a Global Transaction Tax Manager. In this newly created role, you'll apply your expertise in tax due diligence and transaction structuring. As part of A&M's Global Transaction Tax team, you will provide essential tax advice to corporate and private equity clients throughout the transaction life cycle. This position requires strong analytical skills to review tax profiles, evaluate risks, and identify opportunities for tax efficiencies while maintaining close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tax due diligence and risk assessments
- Structure transactions for tax efficiency
- Review financial models and purchase agreements
- Develop integrated work products with team members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- CPA, JD, or Masters in Taxation
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions tax practice
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with a team-oriented mindset
