Customer Service Specialist - Order Management

Become a Customer Service Specialist focusing on order management, ensuring delivery timelines and accuracy meet client expectations every time. Deliver outstanding service both to customers and internally. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will report to the Customer Service Supervisor. This role involves processing orders and closely monitoring updates to ensure accuracy while maintaining robust communication with various departments. Your role will be crucial in resolving customer concerns and managing expectations effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process orders and invoices via email and online
- Communicate changes in orders to customers promptly
- Conduct daily checks to validate order details
- Liaise with warehouse and sales for order fulfillment
- Provide proactive support for customer inquiries
- Minimum two years' experience in order processing/customer service
- Background in food manufacturing is an asset
- Proficient in ERP systems like Sage
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
