At Soucy, a leading manufacturer, you will contribute to diverse projects as a Prototype Engineer. This role requires diagnosing equipment, assembling prototypes, and supporting engineering efforts using your knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics. You will work tightly with a team, ensuring every voice matters while maintaining high safety standards in your workspace. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish diagnoses and suggest corrective measures
• Assemble equipment, jigs, inspection gauges, and prototypes
• Support new equipment development with engineering
• Test and perform equipment start-ups and trials
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and safety Requirements:
• Vocational diploma in industrial or electromechanical engineering
• Minimum 3 years in similar engineering roles
• Proficiency with MIG welding and mechanical assembly
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
