Calculer les demandes de règlement
Examiner les demandes de règlement
Étudier les rapports des experts et les demandes analogues et les précédents pour définir l'étendue de la couverture
Procéder au règlement de la réclamation selon les procédures et les pratiques de la compagnie
Discuter des demandes d'indemnisation avec des avocats, des médecins ou autres personnes ressources
Approuver les demandes d'assurance
Consulter les demandeurs, les témoins, les médecins et autres
Calculer la somme des pertes ou des dommages couverts par les polices d'assurance
Déterminer la validité de la demande
Examiner les dossiers et les rapports pour déterminer la couverture d'assurance
Enquêter sur les circonstances qui entourent la demande d'indemnisation
Rédiger des rapports d'expertise
