Lead customer experiences, employee engagement, and sales results as a Best Buy Store Leader across Calgary, with permanent placement at one store location.Best Buy is hiring a retail store manager, called a Store Leader, for a Calgary big-box store. You will oversee store operations, lead assistant store leaders, team leads, and advisors, and partner with business areas and vendors. The position focuses on coaching teams, improving customer experiences, and delivering revenue results.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the Best Buy storeLead assistant store leaders, team leads, and advisorsCoach teams toward customer and product solutionsMonitor revenue, merchandising, inventory, and safety KPIsMaintain a healthy profit and lossRequirements:
Five-plus years leading retail teamsExperience leading at least 50 employeesExperience managing a $30-million-plus big-box storeFive-plus years reviewing operational expenses and revenueAbility to commute to Calgary store locationsBring retail leadership, sales achievement, operational oversight, and team development to Best Buy’s Calgary Store Leader position.
