Tim Hortons Foundation Camps
Make a difference this summer as a Tim Hortons Camp Counsellor in Parry Sound, ON. Help youth aged 11-17 thrive by creating a nurturing and empowering camp environment. In this role, your focus will be on building trustful relationships and supporting camper development at Tim Hortons Foundation Camps. You will be responsible for ensuring safety and emotional health while leading activities and programs. Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic about impacting young lives positively and working in a collaborative atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop positive relationships with campers promoting trust
- Ensure safety and well-being of all campers
- Facilitate engaging camp programs aligned with goals
- Handle camper behaviour with care and respect
- Participate in all aspects of daily camp routines
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Experience with youth aged 11-17 is essential
- Preferred enrollment in post-secondary education
- Certification in Emergency First Aid + CPR required
- Clean criminal background check must be provided
