Become a leader at Best Buy Canada’s new store in Owen Sound! We’re hiring both a Store Manager and an Assistant Store Manager ready to inspire teams and drive sales. In these roles, you will oversee various aspects of store management, from sales achievement to team development. As a Store Leader, you’ll focus on high-level management while the Assistant Store Leader supports daily team efforts. We prioritize inclusivity and a positive work culture here. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead store operations and employee engagement
- Achieve sales goals and improve customer experiences
- Ensure compliance with store KPI guidelines
- Develop an inclusive work environment
- Participate in training across multiple store locations
- 7+ years of experience in retail management
- 2+ years in leading retail teams of 20+ associates
- Strong sales goal achievements
- Expertise in expense management
- Willingness to travel for training programs
