This hybrid full-time position focuses on leading financial reporting and ensuring IFRS compliance while driving system integration improvements. As a Senior Manager, you will support the Senior Director of Finance, emphasizing the management of general ledgers and monthly financial report preparation. Your role also involves mentoring team members, enhancing collaboration with finance stakeholders, and performing variance analysis to elevate financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reporting documentation
- Lead month-end close and ensure accuracy in accounts
- Develop annual budgets and carry out variance analysis
- Collaborate with accounting teams for seamless integration
- Mentor team members to achieve financial objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in accounting or finance roles
- CPA designation mandatory
- Proficient in IFRS and public company practices
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
