Salesforce Business Analyst

Position Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Agile delivery and hands-on Salesforce Cloud experience. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams within the banking/wealth domain to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence in our downtown Toronto and/or client office at least 2-3 days per week, subject to change.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Create and maintain end-to-end project artifacts in alignment with Agile methodology
- Work closely with Salesforce developers and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions
- Support testing activities including test case creation, UAT coordination, and defect tracking
- Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business objectives and industry best practices
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce / Salesforce Cloud (mandatory)
- Strong experience in Agile methodologies and creation of Agile project artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.)
- Experience within Banking or Wealth Management domain
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

**CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000-$115,000. This role is an existing vacancy.**
