Stratford Hybrid Compensation Consultant
Stratford Rotary Complex
Contribute to the City of Stratfords human resources team as a Compensation Consultant. In this hybrid position, enhance total rewards frameworks and ensure pay equity compliance.
You will report to the Manager of Human Resources and play a vital role in developing and administering the total rewards framework. Responsibilities include conducting market benchmarking and providing compensation analysis. Your expertise will help guide strategic decisions and maintain organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead salary structures and pay administration practices
- Administer job evaluation and classification processes
- Ensure compliance with pay equity legislation
- Conduct internal compensation reviews
- Provide expert compensation advice to management
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or Finance
- 3-5 years of related experience in compensation
- Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred
- Robust knowledge of employment and pay equity laws
- High discretion with confidential and sensitive data
