Technical Inside Sales – Water Treatment

Rideau Supply is seeking an energetic, motivated individual with a background in water treatment and a willingness to learn our business. The role is based in any of our four Ontario locations: Perth, Stratford, Barrie or Hastings.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist customers with questions and use problem‑solving skills to provide them with the best support possible.
• Enter customer orders and quotes accurately, ensuring all details are correct.
• Support and collaborate with Outside Sales / Territory Business Managers to achieve shared goals.
• Utilize technology to navigate the internal ERP system and suggest improvements for productivity and efficiency.
• Learn and develop expertise in water treatment and related markets.

Qualifications

• Background or experience in plumbing, heating, water treatment, drilling, or electrical.
• Preferred: 1year of sales experience.
• Preferred: 2years of water treatment experience.
• Ability to commute to or relocate for the Stratford, ON location.

Compensation & Employment

• Salary Negotiable based on industry and trade experience.
• Pay: From $50,000.00 per year.
• Job type: Full‑time, Permanent.
• Work location: In person.
