Director of Health Systems: Men's Health Advocacy
Movember
Be a leader in men’s health by joining Movember as the Director of Health Systems. This role focuses on health system enhancements and partnerships targeting men’s healthcare needs across Canada. You will be tasked with the strategic implementation of Movember’s Health Systems initiatives, collaborating with provincial health authorities, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions. Your role will encompass building and managing relationships to foster the Men in Mind training program, ensuring it meets the unique requirements of Canadian healthcare. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic relationships with health systems and stakeholders
- Adapt Men in Mind program for local healthcare needs
- Oversee health advocacy initiatives across Canada
- Guide a dedicated team while developing capacity
- Implement and evaluate scalable partnership models
- Degree in public health or equivalent
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience
- Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare landscape
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders
