Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you'll join OUTSaskatoon's Lateral Management Team, comprised of the Operations Manager, Education & Support Services Manager, and Pride Home Manager. Together, the team provides shared organizational leadership, collaborates on strategic priorities, and works collectively to strengthen the organization and the services we provide to the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

What You'll Do - Oversee the systems that keep OUTSaskatoon running, including:
Financial management, budgeting, and reporting
Human resources, policies, and workplace practices
Office/facility operations including building maintenance, square inventory and online orders
Organizational compliance and risk management
Staff supervision within the operations portfolio
Internal systems and organizational planning
Supporting the Board of Directors with financial and operational reporting
Maintaining frontline communications with the community
Coordinating volunteer coordination

You'll work collaboratively as part of OUTSaskatoon's Lateral Management Team, helping guide organizational priorities while supporting a healthy, sustainable workplace.

What We're Looking For - We're seeking someone who has:
Experience in nonprofit management or senior administration
Strong financial and operational management skills
Human resources and policy development experience
Experience supervising and supporting staff
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office and Google Drive
Experience with HubDocs and QuickBooks preferred
A collaborative leadership style
Knowledge of 2SLGBTQ+ communities
A commitment to equity, inclusion, and reconciliation
