As a member of our team, you will get to enjoy many great benefitsWhat’s in it for you?Competitive wages $35 to $40 per hour based on experienceWe help take care of you and your family with our impressive health, dental and vision benefitsA retirement savings plan with company matching to help you achieve your financial goalsRegular day shifts with opportunities for overtimeA clean and safe work environmentGreat discounts for you and your family on tires, parts, and mechanical servicesThe opportunity for continual learning, growth, and advancement!You will get toDiagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehiclePerforming appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiencyCompleting approved service on customer vehiclesTesting and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specificationsPerforming scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups.Advising customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirementsMaintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basisOperating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe mannerSupporting customer relationships by responding to customer inquiriesWhat does it take to get on track?Licensed/Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade2+ years of automotive experienceStrong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customersA diagnostic specialist that enjoys keeping up with modern technologyThe successful applicant will have strong written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to providing a superior customer experienceAbility to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract from province of residence on an annual basisAt Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work!
