Analyste intégration CRM et CDP

Expertise Microsoft Dynamics 365 et Bloomreach au cœur d’un poste hybride chez Vacances Air Canada, axé sur les données et les intégrations.
L’analyste technique supervise l’intégration du CRM et de la plateforme de données client. Il valide les modèles de données, les identités et les flux d’intégration. Il collabore avec les architectes, intégrateur·trices et fournisseurs pour sécuriser les déploiements.
Responsabilités principales :
- Définir les exigences des modèles et flux de données
- Valider les règles de résolution d’identité et de rapprochement
- Superviser l’ingestion de données par lots et en temps réel
- Évaluer les interfaces API REST et importations de fichiers
- Documenter les solutions et soutenir le transfert des connaissances
Exigences :
- Baccalauréat en informatique, systèmes d’information, génie ou domaine connexe
- Au moins cinq ans comme analyste de systèmes ou analyste technique
- Expérience concrète avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Expérience du soutien d’une plateforme de données client
- Bilinguisme français-anglais, parlé et écrit
