Overview:

Pembina Pipeline’s Commercial Teams are currently hiring for a Logistics Analyst Intern working in our Calgary corporate office. The Analyst will collaborate with an experienced team of Commercial professionals. Responsibilities include assisting the Logistics team in day-to-day scheduling of product movements on the Alliance Pipeline system and ad hoc task assignments as required.

The position is a 16-month contract position. The successful candidate must live within 100 km of Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Execute gas scheduling processes to ensure consistent and accurate scheduling of the pipeline;
• Analyze pipeline nomination process for accuracy, reasonability and pipeline capacity;
• Support customers in accessing transportation and hub services for execution of transactions including nominations, imbalance trading and pre-determined allocation (PDA) entry;
• Assist with documenting current processes and helping update or improve future workflows;
• Support the creation and upkeep of training materials, procedures, and reference documents;
• Answer customer questions, help troubleshoot issues, and support the resolution of requests or concerns;
• Support Pembina’s safety culture of “Zero by Choice” by caring for yourself and others and following Pembina’s Life Saving Rules at all times;
• Demonstrate Pembina’s values by working in a manner that is Safe, Trustworthy, Respectful, Collaborative, and Entrepreneurial, recognizing that how results are achieved matters; and

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program, Business, Commerce, Engineering or related and returning to school following the end of the work term;
• Ability to commit to the full duration of the term;
• Demonstrates learning agility by adapting quickly to new tasks, technologies, and environments, and proactively seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills;
• Must be able to work a modified shift schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays; and 
• Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools like Microsoft Office, Copilot/ChatGPT, and other platforms that empower you to work smarter and stay ahead in today’s digital workplace.

The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position. The final candidate will be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check.
