Join our Air Logistics team as an RCC Specialist, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and proactive management of global air freight operations. Acting as a central coordination point, you will monitor shipments, resolve disruptions, and drive operational excellence across the network. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.

How you create impact

• Monitor and manage end-to-end air freight shipments within the RCC scope
• Act as the central escalation point for operational disruptions and exceptions
• Ensure timely identification and resolution of shipment delays or service failures
• Proactively track shipments against milestones and trigger corrective actions
• Coordinate with origin, destination, carriers, and stakeholders to ensure service continuity
• Analyze shipment data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer care, pricing) to optimize workflows
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, service level agreements (SLAs), and KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within RCC operations
• Support performance reporting and operational dashboards
• Escalate critical issues and provide actionable recommendations to management
• Ensure accurate and timely system updates and documentation of shipment status
• Contribute to process standardization and best practice sharing across regions
• Support crisis management and contingency planning for major disruptions

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in air logistics, freight forwarding, or operations
• Strong understanding of air freight processes and shipment lifecycle
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across global teams
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive shipments effectively
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required for this position
