Responsibilities
Tasks
- Direct quality control inspections
- Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques
- Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work
- Set up, operate and tend machinery used for mixing, calendering, extruding, moulding and curing rubber materials or rubber products
- Plan and maintain production schedules
- Develop and implement quality control programs

- 11-15 people

- British retail consortium (BRC) food and safety Certification
- Hazard Analysis and Criticial Control Points (HACCP) Certification
- Knowledge of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency
