We are looking for a sales director who can gradually take the reins of an already well-established commercial function and contribute to its next phase of growth.

The position is part of a planned transition with the current sales director , who will remain present to ensure an effective transfer of knowledge and relationships. The goal: to allow you to understand the company in depth before gradually taking on the entire sales management.

What you will actually do

You will not spend your days solely behind a desk.

You will be present with the teams, clients, and operations.

Specifically, you will need to:

• Support an experienced sales team spread across several points of sale and external representation.
  

• Clarify priorities, monitor commercial activities, and support employees in their development.
  

• Structure sales practices without burdening the organization.
  

• Further develop the potential of architect and designer markets.
  

• Support efforts with existing contractors and partners.
  

• Strengthen a sales approach based on advice, service, and loyalty.
  

• Learn in depth about the products and the operational reality of the company.
  

• Spend time in the field and participate in sales activities when the situation requires.
  

• Work closely with management and owners to ensure a consistent evolution of sales.
  

Travel is primarily local. A few short annual visits to a supplier in the region are also to be expected.
