• • Lead the Fulfilment Operations team in the assigned area to ensure the highest goods availability and operational readiness at the lowest possible cost.
  • Identify, recruit, retain, and develop talents within the Fulfilment Operations team to build a diverse, high-performing team capable of executing responsibilities confidently and ensuring future succession.
  • Support the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda within the assigned unit operations environment.

In the IKEA world, this position is officially referred to as Fulfilment Operations Team Leader The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58,960 CAD to 70,000 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
