Front Desk Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Downtown & Midtown Toronto (Rotating) Type: Full-Time | In-Person | 5 Days/Week
About the Role
Are you a calm, detail-loving people person who can naturally match others' energy with warmth and professionalism? We're looking for a poised and personable Customer Service Coordinator to be the friendly, upbeat face of our award-winning music academy not a performer, but the steady behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything running smoothly.
This isn't a passive front desk gig. You'll be juggling tasks, solving problems, supporting teachers, and making every student and family feel welcome and cared for. If you shine under pressure, love organization, and live for meaningful service we'd love to meet you.
While we're a music academy, this role is all about service, operations, and communication. Our strongest team members come from hospitality, admin, or customer service backgrounds they bring focus, humility, and a warm, consistent presence that keeps everything running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Be the first, friendly face (and voice) families see and hear
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with care and accuracy
- Convert inquiries into student registrations using our proven scripts and your golden tone
- Keep teacher schedules running on time and full no empty slots!
- Solve scheduling hiccups and customer concerns with confidence
- Keep the front desk humming with organization, communication, and calm
- Lead daily operations in the absence of management
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, professional studio environment

- Work well solo and as part of a small, tight-knit team
- Have experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or fast-paced service environments
Your Schedule - Set 5-Day Week (In-Person):
- Tues & Wed: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Thurs: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Fri: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Sat: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Most days are at the Midtown Toronto location, with one day to our Downtown location.
