Front of House Staff

Job Responsibility:

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team.

As of now we're only seeking experienced +4 years of serving!

As first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your role will involve a variety of tasks that contribute to a positive dining experience, including customer interaction, order processing, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order entry and payment processing. Touch Bistro
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and restrooms.
• Assist with bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. And Barista experience is a plus
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry is mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow effectively.
• Familiarity with POS system Touch Bistro is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling practices is beneficial.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour
