Senior User Experience Researcher At Bing Brampton

Join Bing as a Senior User Experience Researcher, where your quantitative research will influence product development and user engagement within a leading tech setting.
As an integral member of the Coherence and Framework team, youll be tasked with conducting A/B tests and surveys, translating user data into insights that inform the product roadmap. Your analytical skills will help navigate evolving design systems and identify customer needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative UX research, including experiments and A/B tests
- Analyze telemetry data to uncover user behavior patterns
- Create dashboards and storytelling presentations
- Collaborate across teams to incorporate insights into designs
- Drive rapid experimentation cycles to improve user experiences
Requirements
- 5–7 years of UX research experience required
- Bachelors degree in Psychology or HCI preferred
- Expertise in quantitative methods and behavioral analysis
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic workplace
