Join Our Team as a Technical Service Representative - MH at Epiroc!

Work Type: Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Help diagnose and walk customers through technical issues
• Field test and trials of product improvements solutions
• Product application support, working with Product Specialist Team
• Quality assurance for both shop and field teams
• Major warranty investigations, warranty claim reporting back to the factory
• Report concerns of product lines to the PC
• Both Capital and Remanufactured Equipment
• Technician Mentoring
• Global Support
• Travel inside and sometimes outside of Canada.

Knowledge/Education

EXPERIENCE:

• Must be experienced in and have a strong knowledge of Epiroc equipment.

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:

• Heavy Equipment/Electrical Red Seal Certified or last year apprentice scheduled to write and obtain license
• Knowledge of machine electrical control systems. (ARV, RCS, BEV, electro-hydraulic systems).
• Knowledge of machine mechanical/hydraulic system

Skills and Abilities

• Problem solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills, able to multi-task
• Good computer skills including, excel, multiple databases.
• A proven self-starter who requires minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Outstanding people skills, good listener, ambitious and patient
• A strong technical background and good communication skills with both external & internal customers is a very big part of this position.
• Communication in both official languages is required.
• We would be providing the individuals with the proper training required to be able to perform this position.
• This would be a great opportunity to increase your knowledge on all Epiroc Material Handling equipment
• Experience in ARV and BEV systems will be considered an Asset.

Expected compensation base: $118,942.00
