Acquisition Integration Planning

Support operational due diligence and lead transition planning for newly acquired pharmacies, including workflows, staffing models, systems, service delivery, and compliance requirements.
Develop detailed integration plans that align acquired pharmacy operations with organizational standards, timelines, and strategic priorities.
Develop store-focused strategies in partnership with PharmaCorp and PCC support teams to identify opportunities, improve execution, and unlock value creation across the pharmacy network.

Pharmacy Transition and Operational Stabilization

Oversee the transition of acquired pharmacies into the organizations operating structure, ensuring continuity of patient service, prescription workflow, inventory management, and day-to-day operations.
Identify and resolve transition risks, service disruptions, and operational gaps during the pre-close, close, and post-close phases.
Provide go-forward leadership to store teams after integration, working closely with PharmaCorp and PCC support teams to advance store-level priorities, improve operating practices, and support sustained performance.

Systems, Processes, and Change Management

Coordinate implementation or alignment of pharmacy systems, reporting tools, point-of-sale processes, workflow standards, and operational procedures following acquisition.
Lead change management activities to help acquired pharmacy teams understand new processes, expectations, communication channels, and support resources.
Document transition lessons learned and recommended process improvements for future pharmacy acquisitions.

People Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement

Coach pharmacy managers and operational leaders through integration expectations, performance standards, and change-related challenges.
Act as a key liaison between acquired locations and corporate departments
