Director, Asset Management

As a Director, Asset Management, youll:
Lead Canpotex's enterprise asset management strategy across our network of export terminals, critical supply chain infrastructure and capital portfolio management.
Establish and maintain the asset management framework, governance processes, standards and policies that support terminal infrastructure and critical operating systems.  
Lead the development and execution of long-term asset health and reliability strategies across all terminals and critical supply chain infrastructure that support safe, reliable, and timely shipments of potash to customers around the world.
Responsible for managing Canpotexs capital portfolio, ensuring long range asset health is incorporated, along with Canpotexs overall strategy
Support terminal operations in operating and capital budget development
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing asset-related operational disruptions and lifecycle costs.
Assess future infrastructure requirements associated with changing market demands, terminal expansion opportunities, and business growth strategies.
Provide strategic direction for sustaining capital programs and major asset renewal initiatives.
Collaborate with Project Engineers and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment between project delivery, asset strategy and operational requirements.

Youll bring:
Bachelors degree in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in asset management, maintenance, reliability engineering, terminal operations or industrial operations environments.
Must be registered or eligible for registration with APEGS.
Minimum of five years of leadership experience managing engineering, maintenance, reliability, operational or technical teams in an asset-intensive environment.
