Building Operations Supervisor

TCU Place is seeking an experienced Building Operations Supervisor to oversee the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building systems.
This permanent, full-time position provides technical and supervisory leadership, coordinates maintenance activities and contractors, supports preventative maintenance programs, and ensures the facility operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, life-safety, and building automation systems.
Plan, assign, supervise, and inspect maintenance work to ensure safe and efficient completion.
Perform and oversee maintenance, installation, and repair of building systems, equipment, fixtures, and structures.
Coordinate and monitor work completed by internal and external trades and contractors.
Assign and track preventative and corrective maintenance through CMMS/SAP.
Assist with prioritizing operational and capital work.
Lead safety meetings and maintain required safety, incident, and compliance documentation.
Promote a safe and respectful workplace and ensure compliance with applicable legislation, policies, and procedures.
Respond to facility issues and prioritize work based on safety and operational needs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Grade 12 education.
Two-year post-secondary diploma in Power Engineering or equivalent.
Valid Fourth-Class Power Engineer's Licence with TSASK.
Valid Refrigeration Engineer's Licence with TSASK.
Minimum five years of progressively responsible facility operations experience, including HVAC, building systems maintenance, and mechanical operations.
