Community Health Nurse - Remote Opportunities

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled Community Health Nurse for remote assignments lasting 2–6 weeks. This role involves providing primary and emergency care in clinics, working with a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to elders. You will utilize your nursing skills in assessment, health promotion, and care planning according to best practice guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and emergency care in a clinic setting
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans
- Promote health education and patient counseling
- Address clients' emotional and physical comfort needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
- Minimum 3,000 hours acute/critical care experience
- Licensed Nurse in good standing
- Willingness to obtain provincial licensing
- Remote nursing experience preferred
