Join a leading team in Halifax as an Independent Interior Demolition Subcontractor focusing on multi-residential renovations. Showcase your expertise in clean and safe demolition within apartment units. We are looking for an experienced subcontractor to assist in ongoing multi-residential renovation projects in Halifax, NS. Your role will involve full and partial interior demolition, including the removal of drywall, flooring, and fixtures. This position demands strict adherence to safety regulations and efficient project completion while coordinating with site supervisors and other trades. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full and partial apartment unit demolitions
• Safely remove non-load bearing walls and fixtures
• Handle debris and ensure proper disposal
• Prepare sites for subsequent trades effectively
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environments Requirements:
• Proven experience in residential interior demolition
• Strong knowledge of demolition safety practices
• Valid WSIB coverage and liability insurance
• Own necessary tools, PPE, and transportation
• Knowledge of waste handling and disposal regulations Utilize your specialized demolition skills in a consistent renovation pipeline and establish a long-term subcontractor relationship.
