Enhance Lyft’s strategy as the Lead Analyst for Market Insights. Use your analytical skills to identify strategic opportunities and influence business growth across the organization. As the Lead Analyst in the Market Insights team, you will bring your proactive analytical capabilities to provide strategic recommendations based on data. You will play a key role in identifying gaps in the rideshare marketplace, influencing operational strategies, and collaborating with various teams to drive impactful decisions. Your expertise will support Lyft’s leadership with data-informed insights critical for growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to uncover critical marketplace insights
- Develop action plans based on identified gaps
- Collaborate across teams for strategy delivery
- Communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders
- Evaluate ongoing marketplace trends and improvement areas
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, finance, or similar
- 3+ years in data science or strategic analysis roles
- Proficient in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for analytics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinker capable of solving complex problems
