Mandate:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Analyst is responsible for managing a portfolio of Accounts Payable to meet or exceed corporate objectives within established policies. The analyst will be responsible for:
• Verifying invoices and preparing high volume of payments
• Reconciling statements with invoices
• Filing and any other day to day duties as assigned
• High volume of invoices to process
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in accounts payable or degree in Accounting field
• CEGEP or College Diploma considered an asset
• Bilingual (English and French)
• Great analytical and organizational skills required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group

• Concilier les déclarations avec les factures
• Classer les documents ou autres tâches assignées
• Volume élevé de factures à traiter
Exigences:
• Minimum 1 an d'expérience aux comptes payables ou diplome dans le domaine de la comptabilité
• Diplôme d'études collégiales est un atout
• Bilingue (français et anglais)
