Jump.ca is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, sales growth, and market share across both consumer and business segments. This role is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, product launches, advertising programs, and lead generation initiatives that support company growth.
Working closely with retail operations, business sales teams, vendors, and leadership, the Growth Marketing Manager will manage the annual marketing calendar, oversee seasonal promotions, support B2B marketing efforts, coordinate advertising and media activities, and execute customer-facing communications across digital and traditional channels. The role also includes managing social media initiatives, vendor co-op opportunities, and go-to-market plans for new products and services. The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns from strategy through implementation, with strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. They are results-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role will be measured through campaign performance, lead generation, customer acquisition, traffic growth, promotional effectiveness, and overall support of sales and business objectives.
