This position is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding product distribution, and strengthening customer relationships within an assigned territory for Queen City Distillers. The Territory Manager develops new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts across retail and hospitality channels. This role serves as the primary representative of the company, executing sales strategies, promotional initiatives, merchandising standards, product education, and customer support to increase brand awareness and market share.
Sales & Business Development-Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase revenue, product distribution, market share, and account growth.
-Manage and strengthen relationships with retail liquor stores, restaurants, bars, hotels, event venues, and other licensed customers to drive long-term business partnerships.
-Identify, prospect, and secure new customer accounts to expand Queen City Distillers' distribution network and market presence.
-Conduct product presentations and negotiate product listings, promotional opportunities, menu placements, and display programs to maximize sales opportunities. Account Management & Customer Support
-Maintain regular customer contact to review inventory levels, sales performance, merchandising opportunities, and future product requirements.
-Provide responsive customer service by resolving inquiries, coordinating orders, and addressing service concerns promptly and professionally.
-Analyze customer sales performance and recommend strategies to improve product movement, visibility, and profitability. Brand Promotion & Merchandising
-Coordinate and execute tastings, promotional campaigns, product launches, and community events to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.
-Maintain attractive product displays, point-of-sale materials, shelf placement, pricing accuracy, and merchandising standards to enhance product visibility.
