Documenting usage and assessing IT environments are key aspects of ensuring that clients maximize their technology investments. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster professional client relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Strive for excellence in daily onsite services
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of IT setups
- Formulate strategies that limit reactive service hours
- Conduct detailed documentation of technology use
- 5+ years of IT support experience required
- Proven relationship-building abilities with clients
- Expertise in network administration and support
- Capable of strategic IT implementation
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
