En quoi consiste cette offre d’emploi : Coordonnateur.trice bilingue des communications et du contenu

En tant que Coordonnateur.trice bilingue des communications et du contenu, vous jouerez un rôle clé en soutenant notre équipe des communications et du contenu, qui fait partie de l’équipe marketing et communications de Futurpreneur. Vous assisterez à la planification, à l'exécution et à la surveillance des campagnes et initiatives marketing de Futurpreneur, en veillant à leur alignement avec nos objectifs stratégiques.

Sous la supervision de la gestionnaire des Communications et du Contenu, dans ce rôle multifacette, vous coordonnerez divers projets, allant des supports promotionnels aux événements, tout en respectant strictement les lignes directrices et normes de la marque Futurpreneur. Cette position est parfaite pour un.e autodidacte ayant une expérience marketing avérée et une passion pour l'innovation et le changement.

Ce poste existant est un contrat de 12 mois à temps plein, basé dans nos bureaux de Montréal ou de Toronto, fonctionnant selon un modèle de travail hybride (minimum 2 jours au bureau par semaine).

Ce que vous ferez

  • Sous la supervision de la Gestionnaire, Communications et contenu, rédiger, réviser et corriger des communications internes et externes bilingues, notamment des articles de blogue, des publications sur les médias sociaux, des infolettres et courriels, du contenu publicitaire, des scripts vidéo et d'autres contenus, en veillant au respect des normes de l'OQLF, à une qualité irréprochable de la grammaire, de la syntaxe et du ton, ainsi qu'aux lignes directrices de l'organisation en matière d'image de marque et de style
  • Participer à la traduction de contenus de l'anglais vers le français, au besoin, en veillant au respect des normes de l'OQLF ainsi qu'aux lignes directrices de l'organisation en matière d'image de marque et de style
  • Collaborer avec les différentes équipes internes, notamment Marketing, Programmes et Partenariats, afin de recueillir des histoires inspirantes, obtenir les contributions des parties prenantes et transformer des données organisationnelles complexes en récits clairs et percutants destinés aux partenaires et aux bailleurs de fonds.
  • Rédiger, concevoir et diffuser l'infolettre bimensuelle Vibe en français et en anglais, en sélectionnant le contenu et en recueillant les contributions de multiples parties prenantes à travers l'organisation
  • Soutenir les équipes régionales et des programmes dans la création et la publication de contenus pour des initiatives internes et externes, notamment le Programme de démarrage, le Programme de démarrage pour les entrepreneur.e.s autochtones, le Programme de démarrage pour les entrepreneur.e.s noir.e.s, le
  • Programme pour les flexipreneur.e.s et d'autres initiatives
  • Coordonner les demandes ponctuelles de création de contenu provenant des différentes équipes de l'organisation
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la spécialiste du contenu des médias sociaux afin de développer et de maintenir un calendrier éditorial, ainsi que de coordonner la production de publications bilingues pour les différents canaux de médias sociaux, y compris la capture et le montage de vidéos, d'images et la rédaction des principaux messages destinés aux plateformes de Futurpreneur
  • Effectuer des tâches administratives liées à la gestion du contenu, notamment la mise à jour des calendriers éditoriaux et la coordination avec les agences ou fournisseurs externes afin d'assurer la livraison des projets dans les délais et les budgets prévus

Ce que vous offrez

  • Formation pertinente en marketing, communications, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente
  • Au moins deux années d'expérience en communications dans un rôle bilingue, avec une expérience démontrée en rédaction dans les deux langues officielles
  • Solide expérience en traduction et en révision linguistique dans les deux langues officielles
  • Une expérience côté client ou en agence dans les domaines des organisations à but non lucratif, de l'entrepreneuriat, du financement et/ou de la banque sera considérée comme un atout
  • Maîtrise des outils numériques, notamment Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Canva, WordPress, Sprout Social, les différents médias sociaux et Monday.com
  • Expérience avec des plateformes CRM, programme de marketing par courriel, plateformes IA et les médias sociaux sera considérée comme un atout
  • Créativité éprouvée et compétence en rédaction, storytelling , idéation et production de visuels images et vidéos
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français avec d'excellentes compétences de communication écrite et orale, et un sens aigu du détail. Vous devrez travailler quotidiennement avec des membres de l'équipe et/ou des clients non bilingues à travers le Canada et au siège social à Toronto

Here’s the opportunity: Bilingual Communications & Content Coordinator

As a Bilingual Communications & Content Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting our Communications & Content team, part of Futurpreneur’s Marketing & Communications team. You will assist in the execution and monitoring of Futurpreneur’s overall communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Reporting to the Communications & Content Manager, you'll coordinate a variety of projects ranging from initiatives linked to owned, earned and paid channels, including but not limited to the website, the blog and our social channels, to collaborating on the development and the rollout of the content plan, while adhering to Futurpreneur's brand guidelines and standards. This position is perfect for a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a knack for prioritizing actions that drive growth.

This existing role is full-time, temporary 12 month contract, based in our Montreal or Toronto office, operating under a hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in the office per week).

What you will do

  • Under the guidance of the Communications & Content Manager, write/edit/proofread bilingual internal and external communications, including but not limited to, blog articles, social posts, newsletter/email copy, ad copy, video scripts, etc., ensuring it reflects OQLF standards, flawless grammar, syntax and tone while adhering to organizational brand and style guidelines.
  • Assist with the translation of English content to French when required, ensuring it reflects OQLF standards, and adheres to organizational brand and style guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, programs, partnerships) to source compelling stories, gather input and translate complex organizational data into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders and funding partners.
  • Write, design and send the bi-monthly Vibe newsletter in English and French, curating the content and gathering all input from multiple stakeholders across the organization.
  • Assist the regional and programs teams in producing and publishing content for internal and external initiatives, including the Core Startup Program, Indigenous Entrepreneur Startup Program, Black Entrepreneur Startup Program, Side Hustle Program and others.
  • Coordinate ad hoc content requests from team members across the organization.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Content Specialist to develop/maintain a content calendar and coordinate the production of bilingual social posts across our channels, including capturing/editing video, images and key takeaways for Futurpreneur social channels.
  • Handle administrative duties such as maintaining content calendars and coordinating with external agencies or suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

What you will bring

  • Relevant experience may include e ducation with a focus on marketing, communications or the equivalent hands-on career experience.
  • At least two years’ experience in communications in a bilingual role, with proven writing experience in both official languages.
  • Strong experience translating and proofreading in both official languages
  • Client or agency-side experience with non-profits, entrepreneurship, financing and/or banking considered an asset.
  • Digital fluency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Canva, WordPress, Sprout Social, various social media platforms and Monday.com. Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing programs, AI Platforms and social media would be considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated creativity and proficiency in creative writing, storytelling and ideation, and visual asset production, including images and videos.
  • Bilingualism in French & English (spoken & written) is required as you will be required to work daily with non-bilingual team members and/or clients across Canada and at Futurpreneur’s head office in Toronto
  • Clear and confident communicator, skilled at engaging and connecting with diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player, bringing a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic hybrid work environment.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset, embracing and championing change.
