Project Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity

Support community-driven construction projects with Habitat for Humanity in Toronto. As a Project Coordinator in a hybrid model, you’ll ensure projects meet budgets and timelines while delivering quality results. In this permanent full-time role, you’ll assist the construction management team by managing documentation, organizing meetings, and developing project schedules. Your expertise in architectural plans, combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software, will be key in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. You’ll track budgets, vendor qualifications, and project risks to contribute effectively to project success. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders
• Assist with meeting setups and minute-taking
• Develop and maintain project schedules with the Construction Manager
• Track RFI's, issues, and construction drawings
• Prepare and follow up on RFPs from trades

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• College or university graduate
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
