Level 1 Express Technician

About the Role:

As a Level 1 Express Technician your primary focus will be completing essential maintenance services, like oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections, quickly and accurately. This role serves as an entry point into the automotive trade, offering comprehensive training and growth opportunities. You’ll work alongside experienced Toyota technicians, gaining hands-on skills in a supportive and team-driven environment. Cochrane Toyota is looking for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, seasonal tire swaps, and other basic maintenance services.
Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to Service Advisors.
Support the Service Team by ensuring vehicles are completed on time and to Toyota standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Provide excellent customer care by treating every vehicle as if it were your own.
