Division Information
PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 20 countries on three continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Administrate and process retail, direct loan and lease contracts while accurately ensuring procedural compliance and timeliness.
- Prepare direct loan, lease contract and supporting documentation upon request.
- Complete 2nd checks of rewrites, refinances and transfer of equities and any supporting documents.
- Conduct and assist with lien registrations/amendments/discharges.
- Insurance follow-up activities as required.
- Provide administrative support to dealers, customers and management.
- Provide telephone back-up for Area Office Assistant when requested.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Three to Five years contract administrative experience preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills while maintaining high quality customer-service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail including ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, DocuWare and typing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player and able to work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment.
- University degree required.
- Bilingual English/French preferred

Additionally, this role is eligible for a full range of benefit options listed above. This role is also eligible for a holiday gift.
