Security Supervisor - Weekend Days - High Profile Office Tower

Maintaining the daily operation of the site schedule and effectively leading, supervising and mentoring a team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a supervisor who is looking for the next step in their career.Weekend Shifts/Schedule: Sat & SunTimings: 7 am to 7 pmPay Rate: $22.00The day-to-daySupervise on-site team operations and enforce site policiesProvide First Aid, CPR, and AED support when requiredMonitor and maintain security systems (alarms, cameras, access control); report deficiencies and coordinate repairsManage access requests and enforce standard operating proceduresOversee CCTV monitoring and verify daily camera functionalitySchedule staff and manage daily operations to ensure coverage and efficiencyCoordinate onboarding and training for new employeesMonitor team performance and foster a positive, engaged work environmentEnsure timely and accurate incident reportingCollaborate with the Operations Manager to communicate updates to the clientHere's what you need:Valid Alberta Security Worker LicenseOver 1 Year supervisor experience in high profile securityOver 1 Year customer service experience, such as commercial/hospital settingOccupational First Aid IPPCT (Asset)WHIMIS Certification.
